∙ “Awaiting Artwork” Our team has not yet received the artwork files needed to begin working on your order.
∙ “On Hold” We have encountered an issue with the provided artwork that requires your attention. Please look for an email with further instructions.
∙ “Awaiting Customer Proof Approval” Please check your email and review the artwork proof. We require your approval to move forward with production.
In Progress:
∙ “Awaiting Staff Approval” Our team is currently in the process of reviewing your order to ensure your final product is free from any errors prior to production.
∙ “Printing” Production has started, and your order is now printing.
∙ “Trimming” We are finishing our production cycle and completing your order. This is the final step before your order is prepared for delivery.
Final Steps:
∙ “Ready for Pickup” Your order is complete and available to be picked up at our facility. Please proceed to the onsite Soardist Will Call to receive your pickup.
∙ “Shipped” Your completed order has been shipped. Our team has created the shipping label, and the carrier is currently in possession of your delivery.
∙ “Completed” Your order is now complete. Thank you for choosing to work with our team here at Soardist!
